Organic Mexico Chiapas Sierra Madre-Fair Trade

Sierra Madre is a cooperative made up of about six growers surrounded by the Sierra Madre Mountains in Chiapas, Mexco.  The coffee is high grown and cherries hand picked and why the coffee has a complex cup.  Above average acidity and body and has quickly become one of Dan Man's favorite coffees to enjoy, a true gem.
