Colombian Huila Castillo

Another one of a kind coffee and would be dificult to find another one like it.  I'm limited to only 70lbs of this rare esquisite coffee.
 
This coffee has undergone a 200 hour fermentation process with 80% anerobic and 20 % aerobic fermention process.  Coffee has a full body velvety mouthfeel with fruit notes of apple jacks with a clean finish vibrant finish.
