Ethiopian Sidamo Decaf -Swiss Water Processed (SWP)
I really wanted an evening coffee to enjoy without being up all night. This is my first decaffeinated coffee offering and it's sure to impress anyone who has drank an average cup of decaf coffee. Many don't know that there are four main types of decaffeination. Two of them use a solvent methylene chloride or ethyl acetate. The other two use Water or Carbon Dioxide.
I chose a Swiss Water Processed Decaf. It comes from the only decaffeination facilty that is certified organic in the entire world! It is also an Ethiopian from the the Sidama region. This coffee is smooth, with strong body, and clean finish.
You'll notice that it's more exspensive than regular coffee and that's because of the extra process to decaffeinate. Check out the link below if you want to learn more about the decaf process and feel free to reach out with any questions you have about decaf or any other coffees I offer.
Cheers!!!
