Guatemalan Coffee is my close second to favorite coffees because of their balance and clean cup attributes and a favorite among many.

Processing:  Washed
Varietal:  Bourbon, Caturra, and Typica
Cup Notes:  Sweet notes of chocolate and citrus, brown sugar.  Good balance of acidity and body with clean finish.
